what I do
With Your Management System, I provide professional advice and consultancy services to growing aviation businesses. I am one of the most experienced professionals in the world for commercial specialised airborne operations and I've learned that what separates you from your competition is your management system.
The term 'management system' may have various definitions but, simply put, a management system is about how you do business. Having established a number of successful management systems, I understand that every organisation is unquestionably unique. Your vision, goals, market, competitors, risks, issues, deliverables, regulators, suppliers, products, services and people.
Don't take my word for it though, compare the below table with what you find in your own business
